More actors join Rudd in 'Idiot Brother'

Hugh Dancy, Kathryn Hahn, Shirley Knight and Janet Montgomery have boarded the cast of the independent comedy "My Idiot Brother."
According to Variety, the cast includes Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, Zooey Deschanel, Emily Mortimer, Rashida Jones and Adam Scott.
The film focuses on an idealistic man (Rudd) who throws the lives of his three sisters (Banks, Deschanel and Mortimer) into chaos as he visits each of them.
Dancy will play an arrogant painter friend of Deschanel's character; Hahn will play Rudd's ex-girlfriend; Knight will play Rudd’s overbearing mother; and Montgomery will appear as a British aristocrat whom the Banks character is interviewing for a magazine article.
Jesse Peretz is directing from a script by Evgenia Peretz and David Schisgall. Anthony Bregman, Peter Saraf and Marc Turtletaub are producing.
Shooting is underway in New York.
