Very First Stills of Gerard Butler as Beowulf

You can see two still in the gallery for the movie, here. The second one show Beowulf fighting off some theives. We also had a peek at some more and they look pretty good!
Adapted.from the Anglo-Saxon epic poem, Beowulf, which was one of the tales that inspired J. R. R. Tolkien, Beowulf and Grendel is a medieval adventure that tells the bloodsoaked tale of a Norse warrior’s battle against the great and murderous troll, Grendel.
The movie is currently shooting in Iceland, for a 2005 release.

I am a big fan of Gerard Butler. Like any other fans I am waiting to see his new movies but it's hard to find out where they will be played in theaters.

I love Gerry Butler's movies - acting and his speaking voice and singing voice. He is so good and talented. More power to him ! Hope he makes lots and lots of good movies.
Gerard butler is going to play Conan the barbarian in Robert Rodriguez's King Conan movie. It's all over the INTERNET !!

I'm really looking forward to this movie. Gerard Butler is a wonderful actor and excells in all he does. I sure hope that unlike his other movies, with the exception of Lara Croft, this one will be in all theaters so everyone can see what a great actor he is. I hate waiting for the DVD's to come out before I can see the movies.
