Chace Crawford knows his inner 'Peace'

Chace Crawford has joined the cast of the independent film "Peace, Love and Misunderstanding."
According to Variety, he joins a cast that includes Catherine Keener and Jane Fonda.
Bruce Beresford ("Tender Mercies," "Driving Miss Daisy," "Mao's Last Dancer") is directing.
The film follows a New York lawyer (Keener) who visits her hippie mother (Fonda) after her husband asks for a divorce. Crawford will play a butcher who romances the daughter of Keener's character.
The film will shoot in New York’s Hudson Valley with BCDF Pictures' Claude Dal Farra, Brice Dal Farra, Lauren Munsch and Jonathan Burkhart producing.
Crawford is best known for his role on CW’s "Gossip Girl."
