By Adnan Tezer Jun 11, 2010, 7:33 GMT
F. Gary Gray is in negotiations to direct Lionsgate and Nu Image/Millennium Films' screen adaptation of the popular videogame "Kane and Lynch: Dead Men."
According to Variety, Bruce Willis will play the mercenary Kane while Jamie Foxx will play the rage-prone killer Lynch.
Kyle Ward wrote the screenplay.
Adrian Askarieh and Daniel Alter are producing with David Willis and Stephen Eads.
In the game and film, Kane and Lynch are forced to team up and have 72 hours to recover a fortune before Kane's kidnapped wife and daughter are killed by the criminals who broke them out of prison.
Gray recently directed "Law Abiding Citizen" with Foxx and Gerard Butler. His other credits include "A Man Apart," "The Italian Job," "Be Cool" and "The Negotiator."
