Bowler to be one of the 'Elite'

Grant Bowler has booked a role in the action film "The Killer Elite" opposite Jason Statham, Clive Owen, Dominic Purcell and Robert De Niro.
The action revolves around a group of former British special forces members who are being hunted by a team of assassins led by a former Navy Seal.
Bowler will play an SAS officer and war hero who is one of the targets.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Gary McKendry is directing from a script by Matt Shering.
Shooting begins later this month in Australia.
Bowler is best known for his role as Cooter on HBO's "True Blood."
