Actors looking forward to a 'Big Year'

Rashida Jones, Anjelica Huston and Jim Parsons have joined the cast of the Fox 2000 comedy "The Big Year."
The cast includes Steve Martin, Jack Black, Owen Wilson, Rosamund Pike, JoBeth Williams, Brian Dennehy, Dianne Wiest, Anthony Anderson and Tim Blake Nelson.
According to Variety, director David Frankel begins shooting today from an adapted script by Howard Franklin.
Based on Mark Obmascik's 1998 novel, "The Big Year" is about three men (Martin, Black and Wilson) who compete with each other during a year-long competition to spot the rarest birds in North America.
Red Hour Films' Karen Rosenfelt, Ben Stiller and Stuart Cornfeld are producing along with Deuce Three Prods.' Curtis Hanson and Carol Fenelon.
Jones is best known for her role on NBC’s "The Office." Parsons stars on CBS’ "The Big Bang Theory." Huston won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her performance in 1985's "Prizzi's Honor."
