Cassidy and MacDowell going to 'Monte Carlo'

Katie Cassidy and Andie MacDowell will star in the Fox 2000/New Regency female comedy "Monte Carlo."
According to Variety, the cast includes Selena Gomez, Leighton Meester, Cory Monteith, Luke Bracey and Brett Cullen.
Tom Bezucha is directing with shooting to begin next month in Monaco, Budapest and Paris.
Bezucha wrote the script with April Blair based on the book "Headhunters" by Jules Bass.
The film focuses on a group of best friends who travel to Paris and get caught up in a case of mistaken identity which leads them to Monte Carlo.
Nicole Kidman, Denise Di Novi and Alison Greenspan are producing.
Cassidy stars on CW's "Melrose Place" and appeared in the hit action film "Taken." She stars in the upcoming "A Nightmare on Elm Street" remake.
MacDowell recently wrapped production on "Daydream Nation," which stars Kat Dennings and Josh Lucas.
