By Adnan Tezer Apr 10, 2010, 5:45 GMT
Clive Owen and European actor Daniel Brühl will star in the Universal thriller "Intruders."
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Juan Carlos Fresnadillo ("28 Weeks Later") will direct.
Enrique López Lavigne and Belen Atienza will produce.
The script was written by Jaime Marques and Spanish novelist Nico Casariego.
The logline is under wraps, but the story will center on an 11-year old girl forced to confront childhood demons.
Owen will play the girl’s father.
Production is scheduled to begin in June in London and Madrid.
Owen has done several films for Universal, including "Inside Man," "Children of Men" and "Duplicity."
Brühl is best known for playing Private Fredrick Zoller in "Inglourious Basterds."
