Kellan Lutz joins the 'Gods'

Kellan Lutz ("Twilight") has been cast in Relativity Media's Greek mythology film "War of the Gods."
According to Variety, the cast includes Henry Cavill, Mickey Rourke and Freida Pinto.
The film follows Theseus (Cavill), a young warrior who leads his men into battle with the immortal Greek gods.
Lutz will play Poseidon, lord of the sea. Tarsem Singh is directing, with an April production date set.
The film will be produced by Gianni Nunnari of Hollywood Gang Productions, Mark Canton of Atmosphere Entertainment and Relativity’s Ryan Kavanaugh.
Universal will distribute.
Jason Keller wrote the most recent draft of the script. Christian Gudegast wrote an earlier draft.
Lutz is best known for playing Emmet Cullen in the first two "Twilight" films.
