Portman has her 'Best Buds'

Natalie Portman is in final talks to star in and produce the road-trip comedy "Best Buds."
Portman would produce through her Handsomecharlie production company, with Vendome Pictures’ Philippe Rousselet also producing. Jamie Denbo wrote the script.
According to Variety, no director is attached yet to the project.
The film centers on a woman (Portman) who's close to a nervous breakdown as her wedding day nears. She decides to go on a marijuana-infused road trip to San Diego with her two best friends.
Portman will be seen this fall in director David Gordon Green's comedy "Your Highness" and recently wrapped Darren Aronofsky's thriller "Black Swan."
