'Enchanted' director loves his 'Avon Man'

Director Kevin Lima ("Enchanted") will direct 20th Century Fox's comedy "Avon Man" with Hugh Jackman playing the lead.
According to Variety, Fox is hoping for an April production start.
Writer Kevin Bisch ("Hitch") is writing the screenplay, based on a pitch he sold to the studio late last year.
The film centers on a laid-off car dealer (Jackman) who uses his charms and good looks to become a top makeup seller. In order to save his family from financial disaster, he convinces his salesman friends to join him and win a regional sales contest.
Jackman is producing along with Seed Productions' John Palermo and Krasnoff Foster Entertainment's Gary Foster and Russ Krasnoff.
