Carla Gugino gets 'Faster'

Carla Gugino will star opposite Dwayne Johnson in CBS Films/Sony Pictures’ revenge thriller "Faster."
George Tillman Jr., who also directed "Notorious," "Men of Honor" and "Soul Food," is directing.
According to Variety, principal photography began earlier this month.
Castle Rock Entertainment's Martin Shafer and Liz Glotzer are producing along with Tony Gayton and Robert Teitel.
Written by Joe and Tony Gayton, the film centers on Johnson's ex-con character out to avenge his brother's murder.
Gugino plays a detective in charge of the investigation. The film also stars Billy Bob Thornton, Maggie Grace, Moon Bloodgood and Oliver Jackson-Cohen.
