McG in talks for 'War'

McG is in negotiations to direct 20th Century Fox's comedy "This Means War."
Reese Witherspoon and Bradley Cooper are currently attached to the project.
According to Variety, shooting could begin as early as late spring.
The script has seen numerous rewrites over the years. For now, the story will center on two spies who are lifelong friends until they both fall in love with the same woman.
Timothy Dowling ("Role Models") did the latest rewrite.
McG’s last film was "Terminator Salvation," which grossed $372 million at the worldwide box office.
