Dennis Quaid, Helen Hunt, AnnaSophia Robb and Carrie Underwood have signed on for the independent drama "Soul Surfer."
The film will be a biopic on the teen surfing champ and shark attack survivor Bethany Hamilton, who defied all odds to compete and win professional championships after losing her arm in a shark attack at age 13.
The film will be directed by Sean McNamara and marks country music star Underwood's bigscreen debut.
