Icon Ent. Intl. to go on 'Vacation'

Mel Gibson and Bruce Davey's Icon Prods. has agreed to a deal with sales company Icon Entertainment Intl. that will see IEI acquire U.K., Ireland, Australia and New Zealand rights to "How I Spent My Summer Vacation."
In the film, Gibson plays a career criminal caught by Mexican authorities and sent to a tough prison ruled by gangs.
Gibson’s Icon Prods. will handle North American rights.
According to Variety, Adrian Grunberg is directing and wrote the script along with Gibson and Stacy Perskie. Gibson, Davey and Perskie will handle producing duties.
The film will start shooting in Mexico in March.
