Cameron’s 'Fantastic' Idea

20th Century Fox has hired writer Shane Salerno to adapt a remake of the 1966 sci-fi film “Fantastic Voyage”, which will be produced by James Cameron.
The story centers on a dying scientist whose only chance to live lies with five colleagues who are minimized and injected into his bloodstream.
According to Variety, no director has been set yet and Cameron has expressed no interest in directing the film.
