Kat Dennings to be part of 'Thor'

Kat Dennings will join the cast of "Thor."
According to Variety, the Paramount/Marvel Studios film begins production in January.
Dennings will play Darcy, who works with the Jane Foster character played by Natalie Portman.
Anthony Hopkins and Chris Hemsworth have already been cast, with Kenneth Branagh directing.
The film was written by Mark Protosevich and Zack Stentz and focuses on a partly disabled medical student who discovers his alter ego, the Norse god Thor.
Paramount will release the film on May 20, 2011.
