Gyllenhaal knows the 'Source'

Jake Gyllenhaal is in negotiations to star in the sci-fi thriller "Source Code."

According to Variety, Duncan Jones will direct and Mark Gordon will produce with Vendome Pictures’ Philippe Rousselet and Jordan Wynn.

Production is scheduled to begin early next year.

"Source Code" centers on a soldier who wakes up in the body of an unknown train commuter and is forced to experience a traumatic train bombing over and over until he can find the person responsible for it.
