Bridget Moynahan joins Eckhart in 'Battle'

Bridget Moynahan has joined Columbia Pictures' alien-invasion actioner "Battle: Los Angeles."

She will co-star opposite Aaron Eckhart in the film about a Marine platoon that faces off against aliens who invade Los Angeles.

According to Variety, Jonathan Liebesman is directing from a script by Chris Bertolini.

Production begins in the fall.

Neal Moritz is producing through his Original Films banner.
