50 Cent is in the 'Crossfire'

Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson will be starring alongside Chris Klein, Adam Rodriguez and Richard T. Jones in "Caught in the Crossfire," a police corruption drama. According to Variety, newcomer Brian Miller wrote the script and will be making his directing debut as well on the film.

Jackson's Cheetah Vision Films partner Randall Emmett will be producing with R.D. Miller through his company Miller and Miller Films. Jackson will be executive producing alongside Chris Lighty and Tim Roth.

The drama revolves around two homicide detectives who find themselves caught in the crossfire of a gang-related murder and corruption in their department. Jackson will play a gang member who becomes an informant.

Shooting has begun in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
