Wooden ActingJun 1st, 2009 - 11:54:45

Is it me or does everyone in Twilight seem really wooden, they always look depressed. Guess this is not the feel good film of the holiday season then ;)?

Wasn't sure about the phasing of Jacob and the wolf when I saw it on MTV awards last night, but watching on my hd monitor today, it looks great! Could see it better and hear it. Not wooden acting, at all, I think, but portraying the conflicted feelings and the need to hold back quite a bit at this point. Like the book, Edward has such a need to protect Bella and cannot let go of his emotions. Love the books, loved the movie, and looking forward to the new one.

Well fair play to Robert Pattinson, hes a vampire, i understand the way he is acting. Kristen Stewart just always seems half asleep while acting. Quite 1 dimensional if you catch my drift.

I like how the werewolf is just actually pretty much a wolf.

i felt kinda silly going to buy all the books being in my early 20's..but i fell in love like everyone else. i saw the first movie and became one of the crazed tweens. New Moon seems to have better effects, and better makeup then Twilight, i'm wicked excited to go see it i'm dying inside for it to be november already. and yea..kristen stewart...great for the part but she just seems so..uncomfortable.

i adored the book from the first page because apart from the myth it inclydes shows how important love is which reflects a power that the movie should show.traler is enough good but it does not show any moment from the voltera.it will be more attractive if they include in trailer moments with jeik and bella such as moments with vehicles or bellas'cliff diving.and please bella looks so depressed while at the book she is not.

Yeah depressive. There still shooting this so it must have been a 'what we got shot that we can put in the trailer' job. That wolf thing was probably the first FX they've done on the film, guessing just for the trailer.

Jacob as the wolf seemed very animated, did not care for it. But I still can not wait for the movie! I love how Edward does not show any emotion when he tells her goodbye just like the book.
