'Details' to include McAvoy, Banks, Linney

“The Details,” a dark comedy written and directed by Jacob Estes, will star James McAvoy, Elizabeth Banks, Laura Linney and Anna Friel.
“The Details” will be Estes’s first film since his 2004 indie thriller “Mean Creek.”
According to Variety, the story centers on a couple, to be played by McAvoy and Banks, who discover a large army of raccoons in their back yard. A chain of events is set off after the couple can’t agree on what to do with the animals.
Mark Gordon will handle producing duties with Bryan Zuriff and Hagai Shaham.
Gordon is also handling producing duties for Roland Emmerich’s “2012” for Sony Pictures as well as a Fox 2000 film based on the Dr. Kay Scarpetta novels written by Patricia Cornwell.
Shooting will begin this summer in Seattle.
