Warner Bros. has cast Emily Browning as the lead in Zack Snyder's forthcoming fantasy 'Sucker Punch.'
Variety reports the Australian actress will play a girl in a mental institution who creates her own alternative reality. Snyder, who created the story, described 'Suucker Punch' as Alice in Wonderland with machine guns.
Already cast are Abbie Cornish, Vanessa Hudgens, Emma Stone and Evan Rachel Wood.
Filming is expected to start in the fall.
