Ashton Kutcher is in final talks to star in Paramount Pictures’ upcoming football comedy "Traded" – which was formerly in development with DreamWorks.
Variety reports the film’s plot follows a NFL quarterback and a 12-year-old nerd who somehow magically trade bodies and learn about humility and courage.
The film’s script most recent draft was penned by David Stem and David Weiss (the upcoming comedy "They Came From Upstairs" from 20th Century Fox). It is produced by Brian Robbins and Mike Tollin ("Coach Carter" and "Varsity Blues") with Jason Hoffs.
Kutcher’s most recent comedy was "What Happens in Vegas" with Cameron Diaz. He has finished up work on two upcoming films - "Personal Effects" and "Spread."
