Universal Pictures and Rogue Pictures have announced their 2009 theatrical slate - which includes the new Michael Mann/Johnny Depp period piece “Public Enemies,” Sam Raimi’s return to the horror genre “Drag Me To Hell,” and Vin Diesel’s return to street racing “Fast & Furious.”

Duplicity – Synopsis: Oscar winner Julia Roberts and Clive Owen reunite for Duplicity, from writer/director Tony Gilroy (seven-time Oscar-nominated Michael Clayton).
In the film, they star as spies-turned-corporate operatives in the midst of a clandestine love affair. When they find themselves embroiled in a high-stakes espionage game, they discover the toughest part of the job is deciding how much to trust the one you love.
Fast & Furious – Synopsis: Vin Diesel and Paul Walker reteam for the ultimate chapter of the franchise built on speed - Fast & Furious. Heading back to the streets where it all began, they rejoin Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster to blast muscle, tuner and exotic cars across Los Angeles and floor through the Mexican desert in the new high-octane action-thriller.
And from convoy heists to precision tunnel crawls across international lines, two men will find the best way to get revenge: push the limits of what’s possible behind the wheel.
State of Play – Synopsis: Oscar winner Russell Crowe leads an all-star cast in a blistering thriller about a rising congressman and an investigative journalist embroiled in a case of seemingly unrelated, brutal murders.
Crowe plays D.C. reporter Cal McCaffrey, whose street smarts lead him to untangle a mystery of murder and collusion among some of the nation’s most promising political and corporate figures in State of Play, from acclaimed director Kevin Macdonald (The Last King of Scotland).
