Clive Owen goes undercover for “Cartagena.” Owens in 2007's "Shoot 'Em Up."The film is being brought to the screen by Cuban's 2929 Prods., and will be produced by Marc Butan. Nick Wechsler and Management 360, according to The Hollywood Reporter.Michael Ross ("Turistas" and Overture's upcoming remake of Icelandic thriller "Jar City") is attached to pen the screenplay for the film.

"Cartagena" will follow an undercover agent trying to stay alive amid drug dealers and international agents. The film gets its name for the city on Colombia's northern coast with a history of wars, economic activity and tourism.
