Ron Perlman has signed to join Nicolas Cage in the upcoming supernatural thriller “Season of the Witch” for Relativity Media and Atlas Entertainment. Ron Perlman and Nicolas Cage take on a witch in upcoming supernatural thriller.

The film will also feature Stephen Campbell Moore, Claire Foy and Robbie Sheehan.“Season of the Witch” follows a group of 14th century knights as they transport a girl who is suspected of being a witch and the cause of the Black Plague.The film is scheduled to start shooting in early November with locations in Austria and Hungary.Perlman currently stars in the FX television series “Sons of Anarchy” as the leader of a biker gang. He had a hot summer at the big screen with the release of “Hellboy II: The Golden Army.”
