Keira Knightley joins cast of ‘Last Night’

Keira Knightley has signed for Massy Tadjedin directorial debut. Keira Knightley - "The Duchess" London Premiere - Arrivals - Leicester Square - London, UK © Solarpix / PR PhotosVariety reports the film was written by Tadjedin and will be produced by Gaumont and Nick Wechsler Prods. Filming is scheduled to begin in New York in October. Gaumont is set to handle the film’s finance and will handle worldwide sales and distribution in France. The film’s plot follows a married couple who are apart for the night. The husband has gone on a business trip with a colleague he is attracted to, and the wife encounters a past love. Tadjedin wrote the screenplay for DreamWorks’ "Wednesday," and is at work on an untitled project for Steven Spielberg.
