Jessica Alba has signed to star in the modern fable "An Invisible Sign of My Own" for director Marilyn Agrelo ("Mad Hot Ballroom"). Jessica Alba -

It is based on a screenplay by Pam Falk and Mike Ellis ("The Wedding Planner"), and will be Agrelo’s first feature directing since 2005’s “Ballroom.”The plot follows a young woman who retreats from the world and is obsessed with numbers and math. Her life starts to change when she becomes a second-grade math teacher.It is being produced by Jana Edelbaum, Falk, Ellis and Silverwood's Lynette Howell. Executive producing duties are being handled by Rachel Cohen of iDeal and J2 Pictures' Jason Felts and Justin Berfield.The film’s domestic rights are will be throughAlba last appeared on the big screen with Mike Myers in the comedy bomb "The Love Guru."
