Ben Affleck returns with ‘Extract’

Ben Affleck - Hollywood Film Festival's 11th Annual Hollywood Awards - Arrivals - Beverly Hilton Hotel - Beverly Hills, CA, USA © GL / PR PhotosVariety reports Affleck is eyeing the role of an ambulance-chasing lawyer for the film – which is about a flower extract factory owner (Jason Bateman) dealing with bad luck including problems at work and in his marriage.“Extract” will also feature Clifton Collins Jr. in the role of a factory worker who loses a body part in an accident and sues for a big settlement. The film will also has Mila Kunis and Kristen Wiig. It is set to start shooting on Monday with locations in Los Angeles.Judge wrote the script and is handling producing duties with John Altschuler and Mike Rotenberg through their Ternion Prods. Affleck’s last big screen role was 2006’s “Hollywoodland.” He made his directorial debut in 2007 with “Gone Baby Gone.” He has finished up roles in Universal's "State of Play" and Warner Bros.' "He's Just Not That Into You."
