Warner Bros. picks up ‘Capeshooters’

Bryan Singer - Superman Returns DVD and Video Game Kaunch Party - Social Hollywood - Hollywood, CA © Chris Hatcher / Photorazzi Variety reports Singer (who is no stranger to the superhero genre) is only scheduled to produce the film – which follows two paparazzi photographers who discover an honored superhero is actually a villain. Bad Hat Harry’s Alex Garcia is lined up to handle executive producing duties.The film’s script will be penned by J.P. Lavin and Chad Damiani and is based on the upcoming comic from Rob Liefeld – who made a name for himself as an artist for Marvel Comics and was one of the founders of Image Comics.
