Variety reports the comedy follows an ambulance-chasing personal injury lawyer, and was written by Peter Baynham - who had a hand in writing the smash hit comedy "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan."
The film’s lead character is a “typical” lawyer who becomes a hero to the working class by helping an immigrant win a judgment against his wealthy employer following a landscaping accident.
Baron Cohen has finished worked on his comedy "Bruno" – which was financed by Media Rights Capital and will be distributed domestically by Universal Pictures.
The actor is also set to step into the role of the world’s most famous detective in a new comedy take on Sherlock Holmes with Will Ferrell joining him as Dr. Watson.
The film will be released through Columbia and was written by Etan Cohen. It is scheduled to be produced by Judd Apatow and Jimmy Miller.
