Sienna Miller joining Russell Crowe on 'Nottingham'

Sienna Miller has signed to join Russell Crowe on Ridley Scott’s upcoming Robin Hood flick "Nottingham."
Variety reports Universal Pictures and Imagine Entertainment have tapped Miller for the role of Maid Marion in the latest take on the Robin Hood legend – which will focus on the Sheriff of Nottingham (Crowe).
The film will portray Nottingham as a noble and brave lawman serving under a corrupt king. He finds himself caught up in a love triangle with Marion and the outlaw Robin Hood.
The film is set to start shooting in the late summer and features a script from Ethan Reiff and Cyrus Voris. It is produced by Brian Grazer for Imagine. Universal has scheduled to release the filml on Nov. 6, 2009.
Miller is at work shooting "G.I. Joe" for Paramount. She is tackling the role of the Baroness for the big-budget screen version of the Hasbro's toy line.
