why cant people(directors i mean)just go by the book.like,how do you change the gender of a character from the book when its made into a movie?how do you bring in a woman(no offense of course)to play Cormac Limbs?thats takes away alot from the book.ive heard people ranting about that.when the movie comes out and i see that Mr.Crepsley doesn't look the way he should,ill freak.
me and my cuz have been waiting for the series to be made into a movie and so had many other people.its a good book series and deserves to be a good movie.pleeze dont let it be messed up like those other movies(lemony snicket movie)

No, this movie will shown in the US on Oct 23,2009 as shown in Wikipedia.

the movie HAS to be good and HAS to be like the book so it can be bigger than HARRY POTTER or TWILIGHT. but the directors always mess the movie up and only the kids/whoever hasn't read the book likes it...i'm still watching it though but it better not be different...
