Danny Glover to reprise role for 'Master Harold... and the Boys'

Danny Glover has signed to reprise his stage role for the screen adaptation of Athol Fugard's apartheid-era play "Master Harold... and the Boys."
Variety reports the film will be directed by Lonny Price, and the title role will be handled by Thomas Sangster ("Love Actually"). The film is scheduled to start production on July 10th with filming in Durban, South Africa.
The project came to life thanks to the London-based Focus Films. Focus' David Pupkewitz and Malcolm Kohll are set to handle producing duties along with Nelle Nugent. Laurette Marais is co-producing.
Executive producer Morris Ruskin (Shoreline Entertainment) is handling the worldwide sales at Cannes.
