Rick Yune is the Wachowskis’ 'Ninja'

Rick Yune has signed to play the antagonist in the Wachowskis-produced Ninja Assassin – which James McTeigue is directing for Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures. Rick Yune -

Joel Silver. Grant Hill is also producing, according to The Hollywood Reporter.The film will also feature Naomie Harris in a female lead role and Ben Miles. In the film, Rain will star as a man brought up in an orphanage functioning as a ninja farm. He comes in conflict with a ninja (Yune) from the clan when he turns his back on tradition to join the modern world.In The Hollywood Reporter, Yune stated: "Not to give too much away, (but) my character stays within what he was brought up with, and they go up against each other. I'm not a heavy. The characters are ninjas, they are assassins, and there's this mix of morality the Wachowskis are exploring."
