Val Kilmer, 50 Cent, and Sharon Stone have signed to join Dylan McDermott and Brian Presley on Nu Image/Millennium's action-drama Streets of Blood.

Variety reports the film will be produced by Irwin Winkler, Avi Lerner and Randall Emmett. It is being executive produced by Boaz Davidson, Danny Dimbort, Trevor Short, George Furla, John Thompson and Matt O'Toole.
Charles Winkler (son of Irwin Winker) has signed to direct the film with an eight-week shoot scheduled to start next month.
Streets of Blood follows the relationship between two police officers as they deal with the lawlessness of New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
The film’s story is from Eugene Hess and Dennis Fanning. Hess penned the film’s screenplay.
