Rosamund Pike - Fracture Los Angeles Premiere - Mann Village Theater - Westwood, CA © David Gabber / PhotorazziVariety reports the film is directed by Jonathan Mostow from a screenplay by Michael Ferris and John Brancato. It is based on the graphic novel by Robert Venditti and Brett Weldele. The film is scheduled to start shooting this month in Boston with Mandeville's David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman producing with Max Handelman and Elizabeth Banks.The film is set in the near future where humans live in isolation and interact through the use of surrogate robots – which are designed to be better looking versions of the humans.
