DreamWorks picks up King Doug for Ben Stiller

DreamWorks has picked up the graphic novel "The Return of King Doug" with Ben Stiller in mind to star and produce.
Variety reports King Dough was written by Greg Orb and Jason Oremland and is set to be published next year by Oni Press. The dup are set to write the screenplay for the big screen adaptation of their story.
Stiller is set to produce the film through his DreamWorks-based Red Hour Films with Stuart Cornfeld and Jeremy Kramer. Closed on Mondays' Eric Gitter is also tapped to handle producing duties with Joe Nozemack and Peter Schwerin executive producing.
