The latest instalment in the British spy franchise - due for worldwide release on November 7 - will see Daniel Craig reprise his role as the suave 007.
'The Quantum Of Solace' is the title of an obscure short story by Bond author Ian Fleming from the 'For Your Eyes Only' series.
The film will see Bond desperately trying to find out who blackmailed his dead love Vesper Lynd.
Ukranian model Olga Kurylenko, who plays the dangerously alluring character Camille, said: "James Bond is after revenge, and Camille is after revenge. They have slightly different goals, but in the end they will have to work together."
The plot also features an attempted revolution in a South American country involving villainous Maurice Green, played by Mathieu Amalric, who is trying to gain control of a vital natural resource.
Amalric insists his character will be different to previous Bond villains because the role requires more acting skills.
He said: "He is not an over the top villain. No scars like Blofeld, and no metal jaw like Jaws - Maurice Green is nude."
Ernst Stavro Blofeld, an evil genius with a quest for global supremacy based around terrorism and extortion, appeared in 'Thunderball', 'You Only Live Twice', 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service', 'Diamonds Are Forever' and 'For Your Eyes Only'.
Jaws, an assassin who had metal teeth, appeared in 'The Spy Who Loved Me' and 'Moonraker'.
'St. Trinians' star Gemma Arterton will appear in 'The Quantum Of Solace' as and MI6 Agent Fields.
The movie will be filmed in both Panama and Chile.
