Robert Pattinson joins Kristen Stewart on Twilight

I actually think rob is the hottest guy on the planet. And he is sooo Nice. He is a good actor too. People put him down soo much because they think he is not good for the part of edward. he actully is the best. And him with kristen is probably the best movie couple. I think Cathrine got the casting perfect.

a)When all everyones like ooh stop saying that he's not hot because he is so stuff it we dont want to hear your opion GET OVER YOURSELF OKAY! because your being really hypocritical and only letting your opinion be said. you can't shut out someones opionon even if you dont agree with it.

b) who cares if he's hot or not. The movies going to ruin the book so whatever doesn't matter.

I tot agree with amy...
ROBERT PATTINSON SHOULD NOT .. I MEAN NOT...PLAY THE ROLE OF EDWARD....I mean they tot ruined what i pictured edward in my head...actually there is no one that could compare to how stephenie meyer described him...no one..
BUT
Gaspard ulliel is HOT and he has the CROOKED SMILE..and i think he'll be fab to play the role of edward...i dont know wat the director was thinking..
i dont know how some people think that robert patt. is cute!! he is not. AT ALL !!

i think the whole cast of the cullens suck! for real..:S
rosalie does not look pretty at all..
jasper looks really weird...
emmet is not nice...
esme is PERFECT..
so is carlisle .. except i wish they didnt dye his hair blonde he looks better in brown....
alice is ok..shes not that bad!
i think bella is perfect too.. a normal plain girl...and short too loool

charlie and james are good!
and jacob..and i think he has too much of a baby face!!

i mean if they are gonna do new moon as a movie...they need to get a bigger guy with a more prominent face and big muscles!!

but i hope the movie turns out fine!! i really do..but the book will always be better! lool!

Ok guys here is my opinion he might not be EVERYONES dream Edward but rob is a great actor and can definitely pull it off and yes i do agree Kristen looks a little old but the girl can ACT! To be honest i dont care who they picked cuz everyones great luv

ok now with all the 'not-robert-can't-play-as-edward' or the 'robert-is-ugly-to-play-edward' people. PLEASE STOP. there's nothing you can do about it. no one is forcing you to watch the movie you know. it's better that you shouldn't be vexed ver it.. im a big fan too. and hell yes, im glad that robert portrayed edward cullen. i know that you guys don't like robert pattinson to play as edward cullen, i do admit, him playing sa edward [he's pretty darn hot] but if i look at him as not edward cullen [he looks uhmm not hot/cute]. but i mean i got used to his face now as well as bella's. so just cool it down a little bit. im not being belligerent ok.

seriously people. i am not a big fan of this robert guy either. i probably won't be able to resist seeing the movie but i am not happy with him. so what. you are never going to get a guy that everyone likes. ever. so i do personally think gaspard would be perfect but i'll live, he'll be in other movies. but i don't think he's too young. he is 24, and has the same features (some what :) that edward should have, and robert is 22. so what. that is only 2 years apart. i think bella is pretty good too. remember, that is just my opinion and every one is different. so don't go around getting all angry and defensive. thanks. (go gaspard!!)

I think he is perfect for the role! You all keep saying 'No body can even be as good as Edward' and 'He's not as gorgeous,' news flash, no body can EVER be Edward, because he's a fictional charater, get over that part, every teen-age girl in America( and any other country for that matter) who reads the book suddently falls in love, I know, but you need to get over the fact that he is not real. And to those of you who keep saying, he's not gorgeous...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? He's a babe!

Well it just goes to show how different everyone's interpretation of a character in a book can be. So many of you say Robert Pattinson is not the one and it blows me away because the whole time I was reading the books I envisioned someone EXACTLY like him. His looks, his voice, EVERYTHING. When I saw the clips I was overwhelmed and BEYOND excited. So when I read about the other actors that have been named here (except for Jackson Rathbone of course, such a babe! Go Jasper!!!)all I can say is EEEEWWWWWW! They are DEFINITELY not what I had in mind!!! So sorry for all you haters cuz I CAN'T WAIT! I'm getting what I've been waiting for. WOO HOO!!!!

I think that Robert Pattinson will be great in the role of Edward and from whats been said he and kristen stewart have really good chemistry on screen.
Obviously no one can look as the book describes Edward, because, well how many people do you no that have absolutely no flaws? If your going to complain about the casting then don't go see the movie.

Robert pattinson is a good actor! and i think he will be great as edward :D and i also think kirsten stuart is good as bella too both great actors...though i've not seen her in any movies yet so im not entirly sure.

But robert pattinsion is sooo HOT & GORGEOUS!!! =] talented in so many ways.
