Idris Elba in Bone Deep

Idris Elba has agreed to take on Screen Gems’ bank heist film Bone Deep – which follows a group of bank robbers trying to pull off a $20 million heist. The film will also feature Matt Dillon as a Los Angeles detective. Idris Elba - 15th Annual Diversity Awards - Arrivals - Globe Theatre at Universal Studios Hollywood - Universal City , CA, USA © Glenn Harris / PR PhotosThe film is produced by Rainforest Films co-founder and chair Will Packer and will have directing duties handled by John Luessenhop, according to The Hollywood Reporter.Luessenhop also co-wrote the script with Avery Duff, Gabriel Casseus and Peter Allen. Casseus will also serve as an executive producer for the film. The project is being overseen by Screen Gems president Clint Culpepper and senior vice president of production Scott Strauss.
