Nikki Reed joins Chain Letter

Nikki Reed - The 19th Annual IFP Independent Spirit Awards - Arrivals - Santa Monica Pier - Santa Monica, CA © Glenn Harris / PhotorazziSaw producer Mark Burg and Roxanne Avent are set to handle executive producing duties on the film – which will introduce a new killer (dubbed Chain Man) to the horror genre. The killer naturally favors a chain to dispatch the teens who fail to forward a chain mail sent to them, according to The Hollywood Reporter.The film will also feature Matthew Cohen, Cody Kasch, Michael J. Pagan, Cherilyn Wilson, Reed and Segan. Clifton Powell has signed on to play a high school coach. Russell and David will play police officers on Chain Man’s trail.Director Deon Taylor handled the script and will be producing the film with Pagan through Deon Taylor Enterprises. Steve Cubine is co-executive producing.

I actually can't wait to see Chain Letter. It reminds me of the classic slasher i grew up with like nightmare on elms street and friday the 13th.
