Amber Heard and Chris Isaak have joined the cast of 'The Informers.'

They join an ensemble cast that includes Billy Bob Thornton, Kim Basinger, Brandon Routh, Winona Ryder, Mickey Rourke, Ashley Olsen, Jon Foster, Austin Nichols and Lou Taylor Pucci.
Based on Bret Easton Ellis' novel, the movie will be played out during the 1980s and follows a week in the life of a movie exec, his wife, mistress, a rock star, a kidnapper and a vampire.
According to The Hollywood Reporter Heard will play a sexually promiscuous woman and Isaak a man obsessed with sex and booze who takes his son to Hawaii.
Filming is due to start this month in LA and South America.
Ellis and Nick Jarecki co-wrote the script, Gregor Jordan is directing.
