Los Angeles - Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria is to star as a straight-laced school inspector in a new comedy called Lower Learning, Variety reported Monday.
Jason Biggs and Rob Corddry will co-star in the elementary school comedy, which will be directed by Mark Lafferty from his own script.
Longoria will portray a school inspector assigned to look into allegations at a school run by an unprincipled school principal, the report said.
