His girlfriend dies in the attack but he survives. However, he then struggles to control the bloody impulses he experiences. Turning to meditation, vampires and Zen masters then battle for his soul.Mulcahy, who directed 'Resident Evil: Extinction,' will work from a script by Altman. Variety reports Capitol Films' David Bergstein is financing.
