I'm more of Scarecrow man. My friends always walk around saying 'I'm the Jokah, I'm the Jokah,' but I just laugh at them for how stupid they are. Joker isn't scary. The Scarecrow is scary! It's right there in his name, Scarecrow. It's really the whole first half of his name, so you can't miss it. But if Heath does the Joker as well as I have been telling everyone he will, then we have nothing to worry about. I said it once and I'll say it again: Brokeback Mountain. You can't argue with that.

Hey Matt, The Joker isn't supposed to be scary. He's supposed to be funny. In a cruel way.

U idiots r trippin if u think that The Joker is anything but the coolest villain in all comics....
He's meant 2 b a nutcase who does anything on a whim and laughs at the consequences .. Ledger looks as If his doing it Justice so thats what matters.... The Joker is the bomb and If u dont like it go eat urself a dick sandwich

Oh C'mon!!!Sep 24th, 2007 - 20:59:15

He looks like a freaking crackhead mime whose make-up is running!! The JOKER has white skin because he fell into a chemical bath and got BLEACHED he does not wear fACE paint!!
Just lip stick on the mouth to make his evil grin more noticeable.
it looks stupid. What is with the greasy hair? This looks terrible.
they're never going to get it right. All the joker's throughout the BATMAN live action franchise were bad. ROB ZOMBIE he should be directing The NEW BAT MAN film.

I totally agree with Benjaman36 - Joker is not suppose to be scary - not in the physical sense - he is a twisted, sadistical, psychopath - who gets a big charge out of causing confusion and mayham. - this new Joker looks like he should be playing the lead for an Edward Scissorhands remake

Do you think Ledger has based The Jokers general look on Michael Hutchence?

I like Heath Ledger and I like the Joker, but is he twisted enough to pull it off? I did like Jack Nicholson....he is just twisted in general....
