Jennifer Aniston in talks for 'He's Just Not That Into You'

Jennifer Aniston is in final talks to star in New Line Cinema's ensemble comedy 'He's Just Not That Into You.'

Jennifer Connelly, Kevin Connolly, Bradley Cooper, Justin Long and Ginnifer Goodwin have already been cast.

According to The Hollywood Reporter Drew Barrymore will also star and is producing via her own company, Flower Films.

The film has been adapted from the book by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccilo and looks at how men and women often misinterpret the intentions of the opposite sex.

Connelly will play a woman stuck is a glum marriage with the character played by Cooper. Meantime Kevin Connolly is attracted to a woman Cooper is having an affair with. Goodwin plays a woman obsessed with Kevin Connolly's character and Barrymore a woman confused by the whole dating game.

Aniston will play a woman in a long-term relationship with a man who will not commit to marriage.

Ken Kwapis is directing from a script by Abby Kohn and Marc Silverstein.

Production is set to begin this September in Los Angeles.
