Holy crap this is big news! As I have said before The UNDERTAKER from the WWE should play CONAN he's 6 feet 10 inches tall and one mean looking mother&%#*@# !!!!! CGI or make up can cover his tats.
Howard's Conan wasn't 6'10.
The producers of this next set of flicks intend to follow the original stories to the letter.
Expect a Conan that speaks intelligently, can command entire armies and has no regard for political correctness.
You're right about one thing; he won't be Brad Pitt.
December? How'd you do that ? No Conan is not 6' 10' - in the books but he's for the most part described as a good head and shoulder taller than anyone else int he books - do imagine he's 6'6' or so -
On film Conan should look larger and scarier than any previous actor-
Ralph or Arnold or the guys from the Universal stage shows.
He needs to command attention. Mark Calloway ( Undertaker ) would fit that bill. Anyway it's only a thought.
Who knows who they'll get?
