Tim Allen and Elisha Cuthbert have been cast in the independent comedy/drama 'The Six Wives of Henry Lefay.'

According to The Hollywood Reporter Howard Gould will direct from his own script.
The story focuses on a man (Allen) whose current wife, and five ex-wives, fight over his estate when they think he has died.
Cuthbert has been cast as the man's daughter and Andie MacDowell, Kelli Garner, S. Epatha Merkerson and Paz Vega are all said to be in talks to play the wives.
Filming is due to begin next month in Connecticut.
